Derek Mulhern Assumes Role of Executive Director at Cultivating Change Foundation

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – The Cultivating Change Foundation proudly announces the appointment of Derek Mulhern as its new Executive Director. Mulhern brings a wealth of experience in association and nonprofit management, strategic development, fundraising development, and leadership coaching, making him an exceptional addition to support the growth and mission of the organization.
Derek recently served as the Chief of Staff at the Association of Fundraising Professionals and has held various leadership positions within other prominent agricultural organizations and nonprofits, such as Organic Trade Association, American Farm Bureau Federation and Agriculture Future of America. His roles with these organizations highlight his track record of guiding strategic transformations and fostering inclusive environments, demonstrating his commitment to driving positive change and supporting organizational growth. Derek is also the Founder & Executive Leadership Coach at Derek Mulhern Coaching & Consulting, where he facilitates transformative leadership journeys for individuals and teams worldwide.
