SpectrumNEXT: Empowering LGBTQ+ Leaders
SpectrumNEXT is a pioneering leadership development program designed specifically for LGBTQ+ professionals aspiring to elevate their careers and make a lasting impact in their organizations. This comprehensive program aims to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in leadership roles while fostering a supportive community of like-minded professionals. Professionals with 7 to 10 years of full-time professional experience or more are ideal applicants for this program or those with less than 7 years who have had leadership experience.
Program Components

Participants attend a one-day seminar held prior to the annual Cultivating Change Summit. These immersive experiences feature expert-led workshops, panel discussions with successful LGBTQ+ leaders, and networking events.

One-on-one virtual coaching sessions to provide personalized guidance and support tailored to each participant's goals and challenges.

Small groups of participants meet virtually every month to share experiences, offer support, and collaborate on leadership challenges.

SpectrumNEXT empowers participants to embrace their authentic leadership style, navigate workplace challenges, and build a strong professional network within the LGBTQ+ community.
Professionals with 7 to 10 years of full-time experience or more are ideal applicants for this program. Those with less than 7 - 10 years of professional experience are eligible to apply if they have significant leadership and professional experience. These experiences should be detailed in their essay as a part of their application.
